    Default tama ba na ma-hold ang 13th month pay kung mag maternity leave starting November?


    Hi Istoryans....

    I'm set to go on maternity leave karong November before sa release sa 13th-month pay... ingon among HR na ma-hold daw ang 13th-month pay kay on leave man ko... insakto ba ni siya? kinsa na kasulay na nag-mat leave ug November then na-hold ang 13th month pay?

    naglibog ko kung insakto ba kay naa baya sa law na dapat ang 13th month ihatag before Dec 24th... and it's not like nag-resign ko kay puede nila -hold.. on leave ra man ko...

    bason naay maka-tubag ninyo ani nga question... nag-email pa kos dept of labor pero la pa man reply...

    Hi, I THINK dili jud na ensakto!!!! nagmat-leave ko last year starting November 28 pero nahatag ra man sa company ang 13th month pay nako pag december bisan on leave pa ko. Naa jud problem sa company nimo. Try daw ask sa DOLE :

    Hi Sis, last year, I went on mat leave mga Sept, pero gi release rman gihapon ang 13th month pay..murag wla man nay ing ana na policy cguro sis..binuang pd na inyong hr, mapugngan ba gud mag maternity leave kung kaanakon na? besides paid man pd na sa atong SSS contribution wala may nawala sa company pag leave nato .. i dispute jd na sis kay ikaw ang looy ana..

    salamat mga sis!

    nanawag kos DOLE kaninang buntag ang was told dili mao na i-hold ang 13th-month pay, so nag-email kos among HR aterwards and I'm still waiting for their reply...

    if mo-insist jud sila na i-hold then manawag kos DOLE balik kay ingon tong ako nakastorya ngadto na if di i-follow sa company ang insakto na process kay sila ang manawag sa company...

    bason ma-settle na ni kay daghan ra ba mi scheduled for mat leave karong Nov.. wa gani ko kablo na mao na ila buhaton until nag-ingon sa ako tong isa ka buntis...ako na lang ang ni-communicate sa among HR ug sa DOLE para namaong mga buntis....

    makapanganak man sad tas stress ani oi...

    salamat sa advise mga sis!wish me luck na ma-settle ni dayon kay hapit na ra ba Nov.

    as long as employee ka sa company, whether on leave or on not, i release gyud ng 13th month pay.
