WCG is the largest gaming festival celebrated once a year. More than one million visitors come and visit every year. It unites gamers from all over the world to allow athletes to enjoy and respect the gaming environment. Each participating country will conduct preliminary rounds before sending the finest gamers to represent them in this major event.

Since 2000 until present, the world of gaming has evolved.

From the past years, Team PH reign over StarCraft, Warcraft 3 and Counterstrike, and DotA.

It is said that there are no PH representatives 2 years in a row. (2009 and 2010)

Everyone is screaming "Where is Team PH?"

e-Sports community here in the Philippines were quite silent about the issue that some organizers were disappointed that there are no representatives from the Philippines.

Other Asian countries were expecting Team PH to be a formidable opponent.

We need to gather force, and raise the PH flag once again.

Samsung and its gang stopped organizing those events since 2008.

Plus all of the games in the lineup of WCG/ACG always sucks bigtime. No reason for the e-sports community to join any of those tourneys.

What are the main issues about this bro?.

There are a lot of Filipino talents in the gaming society. It would be an honor if a Filipino would won during WCG/ACG Finals.

There are issues about budget from players and during event. But Samsung is international right?..

What really happened on the organizing committee on PH’’s cybergames? Well we have no clue. As far as it goes the 2 years of absence coupled with some nasty rumors of some of our players not getting fair treatment and allowances on their journey to represent our country is still haunting our former reps. We just hope that we can come back from the 2 year slump and participate again. So someone…I mean anyone just organize our WCG again.
The PH e-sports community is patiently waiting.
