Jeepneys (21A, 21B, 22B) en route from Mandaue barred entry to De La Montaña

Anyone here who has noticed this lately labi nag taga-Mandaue ka?

I've been absent in work in IT Park for like 2 days already. Karon pa ko kasulod sa trabaho balik. I use jeepneys that goes to Ayala, Jones, Colon from Mandaue but now they are barred from entering De La Montaña. Anyone who has a clue why is this and kinsa ang nagpatuman ani? This has caused so much inconvenience to people already. Kanina while riding my way to IT Park via a 04L jeep, I saw so many students from UC Main sa may De La Montaña waiting for those jeeps na mo-agi ug Colon. Wala gyud silay alamag di na mo-agi kato mga jeep na ilang na-amdan
