advice bro...morning drink first the buko juice, then palit og sambong, acalka...limot ko dah sa tambal na nkatabang sko friend.

let your body do the work. you don't need fancy regimens para lang mawala ang stones. stones was there in the first place kai ikaw ra dyapon ang hinungdan.

buko water, sambong and anything they say are there to serve as cleansers but there would never be sure ways to take out those stones easily. aside sa increase sa liquids, you need also to be frequently at mobile para makatabang sa imo lawas for the process of elimination. stones also from because of inactivity.
