Bitaw 939 supports DDR Ram while AM2 supports DDR2.
Price: almost same lng man ilang mga price, gawas sa DDR2 na ram mas barato kay sa DDR
Performance: not realy a big Yes to AM2 bec their are many ssa net, e google lng,show amas maayo pa gyud ang 939 although gamay rag biya.

The reason why amd released AM2 its not bec they want a real performance boast, their main point is to move
on the DDR2 compatible system to compete with Intels market sales.

Do take note that DDR2-533 is the ONLY cheaper DDR2 memory, DDR2-667 is more expensive than DDR1, DDR2-533 is a LOT slower than DDR-400. FYI.

the key is in the mem timings... tight timings means good latency....ddr's have tighter timings than most DDR2's

bandwidth wise, the ddr667 is better... latency wise the ddr400 is faster.
but on an Conroe's architecture bandwidth AND latency is now important as to the former bandwidth only.

just imagine DDR667 as a 100Km/h 8 lane highway and DDR400 a 200Km/H highway with 4 lanes.

technicallyt DDR400 and DDR2-667 ( 4-4-4-8 ) are neck to neck in performance.
