@arnx1990: maybe the policy is so stupid that it ended up being so funny.. .. btaw ui.. the main reason ngano nag rage mga taw ron is because tunga2 sa sem nla g implement ilang mga new laws, kalit2 ra buh.. then if wa kay id sling..unsaon man sad nmu pag palit if di ka mka sud sa skull.. lol.. also that law is very unreasonable in so many ways.. i hope that the so cold tingog ng mga students would make a stand and questions this new laws that arent making any sense at all..
