located @9th flr. skyrise2 Asiatown I.T park lahug. Agents are only contractual and disputes every payday is a given. Once your contracts ends and u decide that u won't say. Their so called "BOSS JAMIL" will hold ur pay even if the others also ended their contracts.


That's what happened to me. I told them my plans about leaving the company, my contract ended July 29, but my account manager "MS. NIMFA" told me that they would actually extend my contract for two more weeks, but I told them the truth so at least they can look for a replacement with my account.

My batch mates actually ended their contracts too. We are all actually on the same page since agents are contractual.. the only reason that they can give me why my pay for this payday was hold was bec, my contract ended. which is B**LS**T! When you reach the cut-off u always get ur pay for that cut-off. I would understand if the last pay should be given a month later but not my pay for this cut-off. I didn't go on awol, that so called "boss JAMIL" made the decision of holding our salaries. GOODLUCK TO THE APPLICANTS.IF U WANT TO BE A PART OF THE MESS. .. BUT LWSMEDIA. SAY HELLO TO DOLE! AND ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED!

go to national labor relation commission (nlrc) regional arbitration branch (rab7).. naa sa jones.. kana atbang sa anitas na building.. ask lng sa guard.. ang arbiter/judge maoy mo decide pila imo makuha.. u nid to get a lawyer to represent you.. daghan mo dawat ani nga case for you kay dako chance dako kag makuha..
