Upgrade time... suggestions needed

i think its time to upgrade and i need ur expert opionion on some things...

processor.... i was planning on a pentium D 3.0 or an amd 64 x2 3800+...which is faster

motherboard... if i went for an x2 would an epox 9npa3 ultra board be ok or an asus a8n-E

video.... i was choosing either an GF 6800GS 256ddr3 256bit or a GF 7600GT sonic 256ddr3 128 bit... which is faster?

amd 64 x2 3800+ is faster and much cooler.
epox 9npa3 ultra should be ok.
GF 6800GS 256ddr3 256bit. Stretch your budget and go for the 7900GT

if your aiming for a low end card, then the best card for that range is either a 7300GT-DDR3 or 7600GT
if you want a mid end card the 7900GT is a HUGE gap over the 7600GT ( i personally own a 7900 and i tell you grabi ka dako ang performance gap nila, its extremely worth the 17k.. labi na e convert nimo to GTX speed )
if you prefer highend get the 7900GTX or 7950GX2

plan to get geil na mem pod bai kato dual channel... about sa vidcard ok rako bsan mura performance sa 6800gs ok naman gani kaayo ko sa akong 5900xt karon kusog naman sa mga games na akong gi duwaan... di pa cguro ko mo palit ug tag 17k hehehe mga 10k lang for my vidcard

kung 10k for videocard then get a 7600GT its priced 9k range.
also if your getting a new ram i recommend you get nalang a conroe ( core 2 duo ) system.. e6300 for just 10,700 ( PCX ) is more a lot more faster than 3800X2, actually no stock clocked AMD can beat the e6300.

and get a ddr2-667 no need for dd2-800 unless you plan to do 400fsb 1:1

Basa nalang ug review about ana bai, ive already stated my opinion.
The 7600GT-256MB is able to compete with the 6800Ultra.


the e6300 is a 1.8Ghz processor, a lot faster than a 4400x2 or a Intel D3.6Ghz..
