Actually, I passed all the exams ... the last interview was a bit shocking for me coz the lady interviewer did not know what she was talking about! I would rate myself as 9 in terms of my knowledge in setting up a network including server programming and yet she has the guts to tell me straight on the face that I need to improve daw my knowledge in this area in spite of my Cisco and Microsoft certifications. This is not about my pride ...this is about their pride and arrogance of their interviewers. I wish to say her name pero I don't want to embarrass her.
Although I was already told to join the technical support team, I decided not to pursue with it. It's a waste of time to join a company where the culture of arrogance is permitted even in the pre-employment process.
I am not discouraging you guys sa convergys. You need to discover for yourself how their HRs present themselves in the interview and from my pov -- they are just so arrogant.
I never regretted my decision and am happy now with another call center which even pays me better than what convergys offered. Here, I am respected for what I know and even respects me for what I do not know.
