Is PLDT Vibe OK for internet surfing/download?

i just want to ask if PLDT Vibe is OK ra for surfing the net,download some stuff,chatting?

pldt and globelines are offering free voice line if u get dsl from them.
globelines is 995 and pldt is 888 (plus 100 monthly rental sa modem).
they will come out the same. tel n dsl price na na.
dsl nalang ma free up pa nimo imo tel line.
