    Default para sa mga girls nga nag gym...

    naa ko questions for you kai medyu nag doubt man gud ko...bag-o pako nag gym gud, mao niako mga question:

    1. ok raba na ang 2 hrs nga gym everyday, dli ba kana makadaot ang 2 hrs sa gym?

    2. mga pila mo ka oras mopahulay before mo magbasa sa inyu hands or maligo?

    3. ok ra ba if mokaon dayun if gikan sa gym or kinahanglan paka pahulay?

    4. unsa man nindot vitamins or food supplrment angay para s mga babaye nga medyu tambok pareha nako nga gusto magpagamay aside from going the gym? then assa man na pwede paliton?

    mao kini ang akong mga inquiry hinaot pa nga naa maka repz ani..thanks!!

    hi te, gdpm. regarding sa 2 hours of workout, dili na sya advisable, 50 mins is enough, max time ra na 1hr. otherwise, you're just wasting time foe the next hour. meaning, 1 hr ra max time mu respond ang imo muscles sa pag work out, exceeding 1 hr, d na mu react imo body coz it already needs rest.

    nag research2 man gud ko about sa pag gym murag dri man ko kakita guru ato naay thread for gym. even sa net. mao na commonalities sa ako findings. 1 hour ra jud max. unless kung athlete ka.

    ngano si pacquiao murag whole after noon man mag workout?

    There are topics all over the net on the bad effects of cortisol and its increase after an hour of weight training. but then again basi the research was done to sell a product or something. And basi dili pud kita tanan parehas ug reaction to prolonged exercise.

    but wow. 6 hours everyday. bilib ko sa imo stamina.
