    Default luigi should give my Mandaue ... its LONE congressional seat

    luigi having been elected the 6th district representative ... should follow up on the LONE district aspirations of my Mandaue ... ... the Mandauehanons have been waiting for this to happen for the last 18 years ... otherwise he will inherit the moniker ... the NERRYMANDERING MISREP ...
