i would agree nga naay infraction IF THE PTC SITE MENTIONED IS NOT LEGIT. I don't see any problem man if the PTC whatever etcetera is considered LEGIT. I think it is high time nga naay changes sa terms and conditions. ganahan lang pud mi mushare ug information sa mga tagaISTORYANS nga interesado. dili namu tumong nga makadaot sa mga members sa istorya, plus the fact nga tagaCebu pud mi. You can even try it and we will try to determine unsay LEGIT or NOT LEGIT.

yes, tinuod nga naay option wherein you can invest. pero totally optional rajud nah. kung ganahan ka ug mas dali nga process, you can always invest through payment processors like paypal or alert pay... but they are changing it nowadays. at present, you can invest by using your little earnings. i don't see any risk at all... akong masulti, patience is what is needed jud.

dili pud siguro na sakto ui... kung muingon mo ug official, makita sa terms and conditions kay official gud. ayaw pud pangsupo brod. klaroha ang imong gusto isulti. respetaranay lang gud tah. kabaw ko daghan kang nahibaw-an kay C.I.A nagud ka.
