Hello Guys,

Naa unta ko e ask. Pila diay estimation mgpa revonate ug balay? 210sqm ang floor and need sd namo e change ang roof kani xa nga balay bungalow style ra with basement.

Naa unta mka update sd nato dri pila na mga materials rn.

Like sliding windows etc.

unsa man ni maam existing ang balay so renovation o repair lang sa mga nadaut unya retain ra gihapon imo layout sa balay? ang atop maoy lisod ani basta renovation kay kinahanglan dyud madali kay lisod magsige ug ulan madugay ang trabaho. existing nimo nga roof unsa iya trusses, kahoy o steel?

Need Help,

We are re.doing our floors and placing tiles on it. So far I was not satisfied with the work (grouting) done so I volunteered to do the grouting myself. My question is since we are using 18 x 18 tiles and have a 3/16 inch grout line mangutana ta ko ninyo diri sa forum og asa ta makakita/makapalit og "sanded grout" (the Youtube videos I have viewed and answers to the FAQ suggest sanded grout).

pwede ra na sir basta ma quantify lang ang materials base sa imo drawing makita na nimo dayon kung pila ang cost (for materials) sa labor maglain2 man kay depende sa gana sa tawo kung pakyaw o inadlaw

Salamat sa reply Bai. Dagko ba xd imo grout lines sa imo floor tiles? Nkapalit man gud ko og Master sa CITI hardware and Nov Tec sa Home Builders pero regular floor grout ra cla... dili sanded grout. It is the same with ABC floor tile grout which was also available sa CITI. I guess mao ra gyud ni ako choices or have one LBC'd from overseas.
