cpanel is paid 3rd party framework for zerver management, ive tried it using downloaded one from torrent but to no success so i guess it is impossible to make it work.... you have xampp, why need cpanel?

cPanel / WHM is for Linux. Their Windows product is called Enkompass.

thing is i just want to have a control or remotely access it my phpmyadmin. i wonder if i can configure it much like a cpanel webui in my xampp.
