is it possible to change the administrative and technical contact name?


just yesterday, we had our thesis oral defense and one of our pina-maayu nga teacher kay ng.accuse namo nga deleh daw kami ang ga make sa site nya ng-outsource kuno mi.. tsktsk.. that's really insulting for our part, coz for 6months we've been working on that site and just coz lahi ang ni gawas sa Whois lookup and Domain name search nga administrative and technical contact kay ga doubt kuno xa nga kami bah daw ang ng.make sa site... sheeeesh! not all hosting sites are the same right?

sa sphosting.com(basic plan) mi ngpa-host nya amu kaila nga nai paypal ang ni pay para namo nya bayad lng mi nya ug cash..

pleaseeee help.. our graduation is at stake here >.<

well it seems that your teacher doesn't necessarily know everything he/she needs to know kung magdepend lang sha sa whois nga results. unsa man tawn na siya oi... if your teacher doesn't understand where the information on the whois record comes from, then dili siya angay mahimong teacher ninyo ana.

Anyways, i guess what you can do is upload a file, a simple file or html file nga naay something specific like for example a text file nga naa'y nakasulat nga "SIR (name of teacher), KAMI LAGI GAHIMO ANI, KAKLARO ANA! WA KA KAILA"G UNSAY PAMAAGI SA HOSTING" example ra na ha, then ihatag ang url ana sa inyong giupload sa inyong teacher for exaple: yourwebsite.com/hoysir.text

example ra na. or mas maayo nga mag upload mo ug any text file nga naa sa iyang atubangan or mag edit ug any part sa inyong site while gatan-aw siya, to show that you have access to hosting and admin sa inyong site.

yeah pwede na mailisan. ang akong site kay kung i whois nimo kay ang information nako mugawas pero ako gi contact ang hosting nako to "hide" it. so lain na mo gawas. pwede pud kung naki share lang ka ug hosting sa uban so dili imong information mo gawas kung i whois ang site.
