Thanks for posting and starting this thread. The issue of dog fighting here in the Philippines HAS to be addressed and stopped. Dog fighting is the main cause for the ban in other countries for this breed. I love this breed, have rescued this breed (even fighting dogs) and have three pits as members of my family. I am sharing a video of Tia Torres, founder of Villalobos Rescue Center, who has the largest pit rescue in the world. Tia has a show in Animal Planet called "Pits on Parole" which we should try to get here in Cebu. Ellen Degeneres is interviewing Tia about her work. Tia was one of my mentors when I rescued pits in the States and is supportive of IRO!

I don't know cuz we don't have Animal Planet diri sa Cebu. Do you know people in Manila who have Animal Planet? Baka they are showing it there?
