He was very annoying. If he's done that to Mayweather i'm sure masumbagan jud to. Pacquiao and Clottey had been very humble and friendly to each other from the start and I don't understand why that guy was doing that holding the Philippine flag. And does the NHI rulings allow anyone to use a piece of flag as a clothing? I am no lawyer so maybe someone can shed some light on this.

This is just my opinion though. He might be doing it just for fun but Manny for one is a person of humility and does not do those kinds of things. I don't understand why the people surrounding him are doing the opposite..
