can somebody advice or help me with this annoying pop up error? everytime i log in to youtube.com this Adobe Flash Player 10 Pop up error comes in.

I just downloaded their Adobe Player 10, and since then, this error pops up, and I cant view any youtube videos anymore.

Badly need your help! Heres the screen shot...
