US man killed. Vigilant Stlye Killing?

Yesterday a US man was killed while his Filipina wife was also shot and unconcious at the hospital. Is vigilante killing in Cebu not exclusive sa mga Pinoy? There was also a German who was killed in his apartment in Consolacion a couple of days ago. Grabe na to nga mga killings.

The style is vigilante, but they are hired killers!
That is the best way to hide the identity of the killers, pero banga sila kay nakit-an ang nalung!
Naa na karun sketch! for sure dili jud vigilants, kay kung vigilants pa to dili na mangita ang mga polis ug sketch.
