Lisod ni pangitaon. Wa na mag-deal ang Soundroom ug Pioneer ug wa sad baligya sa Pioneer sa may atbang sa Robinsons. You can order from them but it will take years, er, weeks.
In my case I just bought the entry level VSX-519 and just saved the variance for a blu-ray player that does DTS-Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD decoding.
Other than the built-in decoders, not much difference among the Pioneer VSX series receivers.
yep, richard from soundroom which happen to be my friend nya diha pud ko nila nipalit ug acoustimass 16, told me na dli na cla mo deal ug pioneer kay lisod e compete ang Onkyo ug Yamaya nga receiver and same price ra.
Thanks for the input by the way.![]()
Maybe so but the entry level Yamaha and Onkyo do not have the bells and whistles of the Pioneer entry level. The Yammy, for example, does not have HDMI amp/thru. On the other hand, Onkyo has heat issues, some even causing fires.
Maybe from the seller's point of view mas dako sila ug profit margin from Yamaha and Onkyo. Anyway, I believe the components that deliver the biggest difference in audio performance are the speakers and not the amplifiers.
Amplifier Sound Quality
And in my opinion much money (at least, for me) has been wasted on Bose speakers (http://forums.audioholics.com/forums...ad.php?t=38446 and http://www.intellexual.net/bose.html).
I'm happy for you, though, who can afford a Pioneer VSX-919. I will give you a heads-up If i see one for sale. Enjoy your music.
