    Hi Guys,

    Need lng unta ko ug advice sa mga lawyers dri sa istorya or anyone nga naay idea about my problem.
    I'm a tenant in an apartment for almost 3 yrs. Just this day naka receive mi ug notice to vacate our place kay e-close daw ang building as soon as possible, no particular reason was said in the letter. All of us 8 tenants here in the apartment received the letter. Our problem is, they gave the notice 10 days before sa effective date to vacate the building. Di ba unfair kaau sa among part kay it's not easy to find another place to live in. And i heard the formal notice should be given 2 months before the effective date? Am i right? Pls. help me kay wla kaau ko idea about this.

    duna moy pinirmahan nga kontrata sis? usually naka stipulate mana diha sa contract nga either/both party has the right to terminate with reason and i think at least 30 days notice gyud na.

    wla raba mi gi pirmahan nga contract pag rent namo kay ang nag own ani nga apartment is bank man gud then naa ray care taker dri ra sad nag stay nga maoy nag negotiate sa mga tenants dri.

    kung verbal agreemtn ra inyong sabot la jud mo choice..need jud mo mohawa with in 10days...

    As far as my knowledge’s concerns regarding the regulations of that matter, the notice should be given 3 months ahead.

    Given the 10 days allowance is a mere folly. There no such law subsists.

    To some extent we’ve been in that situation too. The area we live in was closed yet with the righteous force we voice out it was opened again. That time we didn’t bother to consult a lawyer my dad with our support, just filed a petition against the establishment. (QL) Fight for your right sis, I’m telling you this for you to come up with an accurate and a brave response.

    I also suggest you better consult a lawyer in this matter.

    Thanks sis. As of now, the tenants here we're trying to find a ways to fight for our right.

    my advice. while stil fighting for your right. u start looking for another place to live in. kay no mater what happens next, kinahanglan man jud ka mo move.
