HOW to Configure Globe BroadBAnd modem to a Linksys WiFi router

Guys plz help me..naboang najud ko ug hunahuna kung unsaon pag configure ang globe Broadband modem ug Linksys wifi router model WRH54G. Maka configure ko ug internet connection but wla man xay internet WIFI connection...mo error xa ug "INVALID SERVER NAME" kung wifi connection. but ok lang kung LAN internet connection.

Ang problema rajud nako nga mogana unta ang WIFI sa akong router..plz help me sa mga naka sulay ani nga probz..

dont know if we had the same problem before but ang ip sa akong modem. 192.162.1.1 then akong linksys kay 192.168.1.1 sad. confilct gyud.. so gi change nku ang starting ip sa akong linksys to 10.10.1.1.
now when i want to access the modem i type the 192.... kung linksys kay 10.....

bro..ako nasad na gi change ang IP sa router..ok raman ang probs lang nako..maka pick up man internet if LAN akong gamiton but if WIFI dili manka WIFI internet..but maka kita xa sa wifi but wla internet.mao rajud na akong prob..plz help me for those who incounter may same problem. and plz include also the cabling connection from modem to router..plz help me..

so imo problem now is dili nimo ma access imo modem?
i hope this will help.
connect your pc directly to your modem (LAN) remember that routers are also firewalls.
after naconnect na nimo renew your ip then try accessing your modem, that should solve the problem.

hi bro, what do you mean naa kay connection if naka LAN? Like you connect your pc directly to the modem with an ethernet cable nya naa siya internet connection or LAN connection from router to pc nya naa lang gihapon siya internet?

if naa ka internet when connected with an ethernet cable from router to pc nya wala lang ang wireless then the problem is sa wireless setting sa router and pc settings.
try to access your and see if MAC of your pc is blocked on the wireless settings or if there are any conditions nga na set sa imo router sa wireless configuration nya

bro thanks for the reply..what i mean on I got Internet on LAN is I connect the cable from modem to my WIFI router but plug it on(gibutang nako sa port 1 sa LAN port(my router have 4port))this is like a hub connection or my router act as HUB now, so I have now Internet connection but my problem is my WIFi dont have the internet connection.(I used wifi Cellphone and I got "invalid server name") and I tried other way but no progress yet..please help me...

1. change the modem configuration to Bridge Mode (refer to manual depending on your modem)
2. change the IP address of the router (192.168.3.1 should suffice)
3. change router to PPPOE
4. enter the login credentials on the router (username and password).
5. save settings
6. restart modem.
7. connect modem to the INTERNET port of router
8. turn on router.

If you did it right, it should work.

aw wla diay nka on ang dhcp sa wireless.. "enable" kung gi reset to nimo wlay cguro na ok ra to daun.. maau na ok na bai..
