Ex Cebu Governor Lito Osmeña's COC has been declined by the COMELEC!?!?
no reason was stated why his candidacy for Senator was declined but mostly ana ang reason kay nuisance candidate lang or walay capability to launch a national campaign..

i saw Sir Lito Osmena here in our office onetime, tiguwang najud siya ay,niya nag takiang na ug lakaw.
i personally think he'd be better off spending the rest of his life worry free and outside politics. unsa kaha naa aning politika sa nga dili manjud ma buhian even sa mga tiguwang, example silang Salonga and Pimentel.... maybe its enough to fund their meds?hehe
