USB to SATA/IDE Cable - Detected but didn't show in My Computer, need help!

USB to SATA IDE Cable - Detected but didn't show in My Computer, need help!, i just bought this one today from Emall the one beside CD-R King it's called R-Driver III USB to SATA/IDE Cable ive attached my Seagate 40gb Barracuda, it was detected from devices but it didn't show in my computer.

and btw my OS is Win7 Ultimate, i've tried all solutions from the net but to no avail..

di sad na pwede, kay even sa disk management, not initialize pa, but ang ako lang nahibungan is why-o-why na detect pero wala gi show...

karon pani nako nahitabo kay ang previous pero USB to IDE ra siya ma detect man siya dayon....

if defective ngano na install man iya appropriate nga driver, ma detect sa bios, except lang sa my computer ug disk management... mao ni ako nalibugan....

try sa c: prompt(dos) kung ma access ba nimo ang drive letter. mao na ako a problem before..i replace all cables from power to usb cables. now it works fine. pics d i bro para makita nako bsin lahi ni sa ako a gipasabot.

u have malfunction converter.
or
usb not compatible.

if you're pretty sure na di guba imong cable/converter/HDD. duha ra ang culprit ana.

1: underpowered imong HDD
2: way partition imong HDD
