for those pipol who wants to donate blood here are some guidelines:

have enough rest, sleep at least 8 hours before blood extraction
eat enough food
no alcohol, no medicine 24 hrs before the blood extraction
no illnesses
at least 110 lbs or 50 kg
blood pressure should be:
90/60mmHg-150/100mmHg
