bro naa ko wala na nagamit na homemade gym equipment and some plates, ang equipment kay lat machine pulldown with weights na ni sya no need to put weights coz naa na sya weights na attached, you can used it for tri pushdown, seated cable row,cable lateral raises etc... then i have plates 2pcs. 50lbs and 2 pcs. 12.5lbs.. im selling it for just 2,500 ikaw na bahala paint and put grease coz naa gamay rust coz sa gawas ra nakabutang. for more info just txt me 09164918314 cos im not online always... tnx
