No Job Contract?

Ask lang ko mga bro og sis, kay naa problema akong friend.

Pioneer ni siya sa usa ka company diri sa Cebu nga bag-o ra jud kaau natukod. Dako ni nga company kay IT Services ni ang nature sa business. Then after several months nag hulat siya og contract signing para ma at ease iyang mind nga regular jud siya sa company and entitled jud siya sa benefits.

Pero ni ingon ang attorney sa company nga as a pioneering employee dili na daw siya need og contract. Hatagan nalang daw siya og card (something) nga ipa register sa DOLE then with that card no need na daw ang Job Contract.

Is this true? is there really a way for an employee to be employed without a job contract?

pwede na sya miga.... sa kamao lang na mo twist sa business strategy in terms of managing human capital... but kani sya ma apply ni sya sa mga dako nga company or bisan ug starting pero mag likay sa basic benefits..

sa imong friend, ask daw ug pila sila kabuok sa ilang companya.. kay usually kana moy basis .. and besides ug magkalisod.. mo abot na gani ug 6 months imong pwend... regular by default na..
