Food Dictionary

Hi All! I created this thread for learning purposes. Some of us here don't know what's this and that
in english or cebuano or tagalog in terms of food. So if you have questions or if you want to share
any fact about food, and translations, feel free to post.

Here's mine:

Wasabi is made of horse radish which we also call "malunggay"
but some say that malunggay in english is called "moringa".

Ampalaya in english is bitter gourd
Bolinao in english is Anchovy
