Last Dec 22,2008 ive filed a petition to change my middle name PRC CEBU for my PRC ID. I had no option but to use the wrong one thanks to you NSO
your typographical error started it. So i have used my wrong middle name mainly because it was too late and i found out about it 2 months before the date of licensure exam and it would take more than that to change it, you know how government branches work around here.. theyre slower than a snail mail, unless you have connection power on any of those government sectors. Ok lets go back after i filed the petition a gave back my old PRC ID with my newly annotated
(the error was corrected already ) NSO birth certificate, personal affidavit and all others, went to that counter and gave me a CLAIM STUB stating "claim in window 24 after 2 - 4 months".
Yes and indeed I waited
4 months after, just to make it sure its already there
(at that time i never branded any government sectors as VERY Lousy just Lousy 
). I went to window 24 they asked for an ID and my claim stub and me told it wasnt there yet so they let me proceed to window 12, the girl on that window told me if i have any pending i was like woot!!! what do you mean pending?....
(these people used terms as those which makes it sound complicated to an average person like me) she told me to go to the Directors office secretary, went there checks
her computer and told me your case is still in PRC Manila and it has to go to these process before they make me a new ID. Ok i bought her advice to just waited a few days, weeks months.
In the
7th month I went back to window 24 eager like a beaver!
(in my mind, it has to be there by now) but still i went to the
SAME PROCESS:
==> window 24 "wla pa man ni" go to windows 12
==> window 12 "do you have a peding case?" go upstairs Directors office
==> went to Directors office secretary "blah blah your case is still in PRC Manila"
In the
8th month i went there again twice still the
SAME PROCESS, but on that day i saw 2 Nurses (they were siblings and both have the same figure
) infuriated and complaining
about their Board Certificate that it has been almost 2 years and yet they stil havent claimed it. Well the brother told the secretary if she knows how to use SKYPE?...
SKYPE!!! yes SKYPE!!! what the heck! does that secretary have a loved ones in PRC MANILA. Yes Guys they use Skype TO COORDINATE with PRC MANILA and only 1 telephone number here i stil have it in my phone 027362248 goodluck if you want to try it coz its like
"Call, Busy, End call,Call Again" yes you need to learn to play that
GAME. We all know Skype cant send offline messages unlike YM and yes theyre using it, plus the secretary admitted that most of PRC Manila employees are busy and most often they dont get a reply from their
SKYPE... so i was wondering why is this secretary still using skype, maybe she thinks its sophisticated (at her age yes she definitely thinks its sophisticated prolly because she grew up with telegrams) whoever propose to use skype in coordinating with PRC MANILA he must be some looser i would prefer Yahoo Messenger since they all know their that busy, or did someone forget to think about that. First i thought those sibbllings were rude, but they are right, they all have the RIGHT to be so.
Ok here comes the
9th month gosh this sounds like my PRC ID is in Labor or should we try using trimester. So after that incident with the sibbling i kept on checking it 2-3 times a month and what do i get?

. This time i needed to do double time, this isnt funny anymore as i said to myself. So i asked the secretary where and what process are my papers now, and remember skype yes she opens it up and uses it like Manang Bola's crystal glass from Batibot as if all answers can be sought out by it. I waited after 15 mins and she tells me that no one replied because their always busy, and thats it.... she couldnt give me anymore advice or so. This time i asked if its fine if i personally go to PRC Manila and inquire as to what process are my papers now. Well she hesistantly told me to not to go to PRC Manila since i have filed it here, and keeps on telling me the fair is costly, I wish i could tell her i can even give her a roundtrip ticket if she wants to help me hasten my papers... lol who is she to tell me that, Its definitely
NOT about my Ego guys but from the
tone of her voice she's just
not the concernced type, she is more of like telling me to: "dont go PRC MANILA or else they will know how Lazy we are and Unwilling in dealing your case". I keep calling PRC MANILA and guess what they also have their own version of
"SAME PROCESS" like what have i filed for, what requirements have passed, and when i have filed it, I mean c'mon guys dont you have Database to keep track of what you are getting.
Today is the 10nth month and i already had ask my cousin in Manila with a special power of attorney to monitor my papers. She told me that my Papers were received already by PRC Manila but was LOST... and so the resolution to change my middle name didnt go on. WOW!!! talking about how government employees work here, sometimes i feel like joining the New Peoples Army 
and terminate these kinds of people, im pretty sure its not only me having this problem and some are worst. Its true not All government employees are like it, just a mere 99% of it 
.
Hope someone can help me on this i really need to get my PRC ID and im running out of time...
