My bro inlaw na guba iyang DELL na laptop pero he bought this from US then murag 2-3 years almost nani naay nay guba like optical driver di na mo eject, spindle daw ang guba ma ayo pa ba kaha ni? then ang battery niya di na kaayo mo charge. As far as I know wala nani warranty pud.

I forgot the model sa lappy but I will update here soon.

Pwede bani nako mapa warrantyhan diri sa cebu? asa pud ang service center diri sa cebu?

I also need your opinion how much ang charge ani:

1. Battery replacement pila pud charge?
2. Optical drive pila pud charge?

I need your opinion so please suggest what should I do. Thanks

battery replacement more or less around 5k na dipende sa pila ka cells na battery imo ipa butang. optical drive most likely palit nalang ka ana lain na builtin. kindly post nalang sa specs sa iya laptop bro. i think naay nag baligya sa buy and sell ug battery sa laptop i dont know if compatible sa imo pero dell ghapon to.

BRO I HAVE A COMPANY LAPTOP which is DELL.. it is still under warranty nya naguba ang LCD ug hinge ni luag. hasta ang charger dili na mu charge after nako gipailisan ug LCD pero gi replace gihapon nila kay 3yrs man warranty sa dell... ako kay 1 month nlng jud nahabilin sa warranty pero dali kaayo nila giilisan no questions asked... Im glad it was replaced with a new LCD and hinge hasta ang charger.. U call PHILBYTES they are authorized by dell here in cebu.... look for jed 09227179559... grabe kadali ang service... 1day ra gani akong parts na deliver kay available man sa manila so gipadala dayon....

if you can present the receipt or basin ila gihapon e-honor ang kana serial number or part number lng kay nka online manpud sila ila ma check if under warranty paba ang mga parts... usually 3 yrs warranty jud ang dell... i just dont know if individual pag purchase like kana personal nimo.. amo kay corporate man pagkapalit ni... pero ang battery i doubt if 3 yrs ang warranty murag dili tingali...
