Mao ni ang akong gibuhat sa akoa bro, DIY ra jud.

here is the steps for item #3. (First Step) Bring your original OR/CR, Deed of Sale and other documents.
    1. Adto ka sa PNP-TMG office, kanang office sa left side nig sulod jud nimo. then ngayo ka ug form about change of ownership, naa mo assist nimo to determine kung pila ang total charges.(Location: unahan sa inmaculada (CIC)).nya adto ka bayad sa landbank.

    2. After payment bring the receipt, then balik nasad ka for Macro itching( naay technician nga mohimo ana) naa sad ni bayad kay mangayo nang technician ug ang mopirma sa report.
mahuman ra ni ug 2 hrs.

    3. Ang clearance adto na kuhaon sa office kung walay problema ang sakyanan, normally nigka ugma na jud.

    Second Step;
Item # 4 - Adto ka sa insurance company
Item # 5 - Adto ka sa MVIS for inspection, located ni sya ubos sa unang tulay(turn right) kung padung ka mandaue
Item # 6 - not needed kung diri ra na na register before.

If all of the above were completed, dad-a na sa LTO for Processing.

    Hope this help.........

Nindot kaayo na bro, ikaw gyud musuway ug process....

Masmaayo pa bro, una ka adto sa isurance for the endorsemnt of transfer of ownership (ambot unsay sakto na term basta ilisan nila ang policy under sa new owner name). Then ask kinsay runner nila. istoryaha ang runner nila na siya na lihok tanan. sabota lang P500 - P800 imong hatag niya plus of course mga bayarunun, tagaan man sad ka niya unsay mga bayrunon. Siya na lihok ana. after 1 week naa naka new OR/OR (kani if cebu or mandaue ra ang original CR). masmakasave ka compare if ikaw mangunay didto, leave pa ka sa imo work, magbagulbol pa gyud ka didto sa LTO, makapanaway pa ka sa systema nila, in other words makasala pa ka if ikaw muprocess.. hehe

mao ni ako nahinumduman assuming the car is clean:

    1. secure a deed of sale signed by both parties.
    2. macro etch sa pnp-tmg sa may immaculada (kuha daan ug form and bayad ka 300 sa landbank for their service plus 200 sa fixer and you need the deed of sale for this)
    3. if the car is clean then you can now pay the owner.
    4. daun mag pa MVIS ka sa lto subangdaku mandaue (kilid sa ntc) or you can just pay 500 to the authorities there
    5. submit the necessary docs to lto na mag pa transfer ka/change name sa ownership sa vehicle(macro etch, prev or/cr, mvis, id sa previous owner, deed of sale and tpl insurance w/c you can get sa lto)
    6. if all is good then youre done. just wait for more or less 3 days for the new or/cr.
