Here:

It's 12:20. Have you had lunch yet?
It's 12:20. Did you have lunch already?

Both are correct. Pero kung 10AM pa siguro, I would use the former. yet = may pagka future ang meaning. already = past ang meaning.

I had breakfast at 7 a.m.. (early today I ate breakfast)

I have had breakfast already. (I had breakfast about 30 minutes ago)

I had had breakfast before she came to tell me the food was poisoned. (hehe. here, both actions happened in the past, and we use had for the action that happened first. she ate breakfast and then this other girl came and told her about the poison in the food. tsk.)

pwede ka muhatag ug detailed post about how to properly use punctuation marks?..such as the ellipses...semicolon; comma, colon: and of course the most abused punctuation mark of all..the period.
