British company ni siya, nya Marketing and Academic research industry. Students sa UK daw ilang customers/clients. If you are planning to apply for Customer service advisor, murag customer rep na siya but via email lang ang communication coz they have two people, a british guy and a filipina, na siya's gahandle sa calls.

@kit_cebu: It is a requirement that you have to know how to respond to emails and you should be able to handle incoming and outgoing calls, maybe after a few weeks of just doing emails.
