1. Original O.R. and C.R. If ala mo ani coz' ala pa fully paid, make sure you get an authorization/certification from your retail store
2. Updated registration and license with atleast restriction code 1
3. 1 pc 1x1 ID pic
4. 1 pc whole body pic
5. 1 pc 3R pic sa motor nga makita jud ang plate number
6. Cedula
sa Motor:
1. Dapat stock carb
2. Tires and rims should be road worthy and pareha sukod sa stock
3. Pipe, ok lang open pipe daw basta make sure naa silencer
4. If you will borrow a bike, ask for authorization letter from the owner
Deadline of submission is on Sept 20, 2009. But as much as possible, we would like to submit it as early as Sept. 18, 2009
