Good day, I'm considering opening a laundry shop pero naa koy mga questions unta about the operation.

1. How much did you spend initially?
2. How many washing machines and dryers did you start with?
3. Where did you buy your machines?
4. Asa ko maka palit ug dryer nga with GASUL/LPG?
5. During the operation, gi-unsa ninyo ug monitor ang inyo sales?
6. What permits ang inyo kinahanglan ani?

Question No. 5 kay curious ko ani, if kamo ang nag bantay sa tindahan no problem ra. Pero if biya-an ninyo ang tindahan, how do you make sure nga sakto ang gi-report nga sales sa inyo tindera?

duna nag seminar ani diri. check the previous thread. Motudlo ni siya sa tanan. But because seminar for this kind of business is very rampant, you see laundry shop sprouting in every corner of the city. Price war is apparent, some shops even charging P20 per kilo with free pick up and delivery pa. Wala nay secreto nga nahabilin about ani nga business mao na bisan mga clients before like small hotels, boarding house and restaurants are washing their own linens. Mura na ni siya internet nga business pwerte daghana then grabe abd price war. Good luck bro.

when i started this business bro. one gas dryer and one washing machine (heavy duty). i suggest u can check sa machine sa automatic center "ayala mall" (mas maka barato ka sa ila) coz they also offer insurance program for your machine 1-5 years depende unsa pilion nimo.

so far business is doing good.

permits kailangan:

1. barangay permit
2. lease contract nimo sa building
3. sanitary permit
4. fire certificate
5. mayors permit
6. DTI
7. BIR docs
8. SSS
9. Philhealth sad
