Agenda:

Introduction of IPC members
Purpose of IPC
1.to organize a club that will be directly supported by Istorya.net
2.to help find ways to showcase our work
3.to challenge each other to improve through certain activities.
Suggestions
1. Monthly Activities - bonding with the club's members
2.Printed photo contest held every 2 or 3 months for Exhibit - we can invite photographers from other groups to serve as judges.
3.For identity purposes, IDs and t-shirts is under consideration (at members’ expense ) – we should also gather files or information from each members.
4.Membership dues - these are funds to be used for the group's outings (food, gasoline, etc.). THIS IS STILL FOR FOLLOW UP ON HOW MUCH THE DUES WOULD BE.
5.Meeting schedule – every Saturday night but IS STILL ON FOLLOW UP (which Saturday of the month). Also, penalty for those who cannot attend the scheduled meeting is under consideration. We are still trying to find ways on how to go about this.
6.Lectures and Workshops - every meeting, there should be atleast one person who will have a presentation, like basic techniques in which every member should benefit from. In addition, we can invite other photographers to do workshops for us in the future.
7.Meeting Venue – Keppel
8.Forum –
a.Organize the recent photography section
b.Public Forum - only IPC members can post topic but is open for non members to reply
c.Private Forum - only full pledge members can view this thread.
9.IPC Logo - photo contest for the group. Gift certificate or pizza for the winners? THIS IS STILL FOR FOLLOW UP.
10.Tribute to sir Benjie - road trip was scheduled on October 24, 2009. We’re going to some locations with which sir Benjie traveled in the past.
11.For those who are interested to join, they should be present to atleast 3 successive meetings.
