sa mga taw nga naa chronic/permanent kidney failure ang ila kidneys di na mufunction...meaning useless na..so wala nay mufilter sa mga hugaw and mapundo nlng sa ilang dugo...so mura silag malason..kai kining waste products sa atoang lawas kinahanglan ni gawas kai kung mapundo ni..muabot ni sa gtwag ug toxicity levels nga makapatay jd intawon....dugang pa niana...ang fluid level sa lawas di na macontrol...kai lagi guba na ang kidneys so di na mangihi....ang mahitabo...manghupong ni sila...
unya kai tungod nayabag na ang fluid levels ma-apektohan ilang kasing kasing....mura malumos ila heart...
so para di ni mahitabo..ang mga taw nga naay permanent kidney failure kinahanglan ug regular dialysis treatment...
ang buhaton sa dialysis...kai kuhaon ila dugo...gamit ang makina....den ipa-agi sa dialyzer...or salaan...aron makuha tong hugaw or waste products ug ang excess na mga fluids.
once mgdialysis na ang taw...di na jd ni nya hunongan kai if muhunong xa usa ra padulngan...6 ft under the ground.

ngsugod ni xa ug dialysis 15 years old pa xa....sa dialysis mn gud mgkadeteriorate imo lawas if ma under dialyse ka....murag tambal ba makuwangan...ma under dose....
mao ni ang nahitabo nya...kai cge lagi xag underdialyze....nideteriorate cya.....karon 18 years old na xa....unya 4 times a week na xa mag dialyze....ang dialysis...mahal jd ni xa....kada session usahay muabot og 8000 depende if naa ba xa laboratory....ang minimum kai 3200....
nangta nig tabang bataa kai lage...nahubas na intawon cla unya mag lisod na cya padialysis...if di ni xa madialysis....sure na jd intawon...

mangayo lang unta kog panabang...advice....suggestions...kung asa ko makapangyo og monetary support para ani niya?
sa way lipud lipud....monetary support jd iya kinahanglan para mapadaun iya dialysis...

kasabot ko sa imong point bro, my father in law goes also a dialysis treatment, before he undergo twice, but now once na lang a week...

dialysis is a lifetime treatment.....you to find ways for this matter...ayaw lang lain ug sabot bro... ha! but Im just in reality....tinood jud nga lisod jud ron kaau....its not easy to find money....or ask an assistance without processing and completing the required docs..

Here is what I can suggest:
First, advise the family to secure
*** a copy of the clinical abstract of the patient from the doctor
*** a certification from their barangay stating that the family cannot support the medical needs of the patient
*** a quotation of the medical expenses incurred each dialysis and how many times it is needed per week/month
Photocopy all documents. Always keep the original if possible.
Then bring said docs to any or several of the following institutions:
** PCSO
** Red Cross
** ABS-CBN Foundation
** GMA Foundation
** DSWD
** Your Congressman
** SM Foundation
Those docs are the most essential but I am sure there will be more documents required in order for them to grant your medical requests.
Hope that they will act on this.

Naa moi mga Idea nga kung asa naay Funding makuha? updated this year? daghan pud baya naay mga dialysis patient ug mga relatives or friends sa patient nga mag lurk dri ngetag information. i hope you guys could take some time to share your information.
