what type of xp sp2 should be used?

bro's, I need help from the expert's out there! I have a cpu which is hp compaq dx 2300
nga installed with xp sp2 in korean version. I tried to change the language but through the steps and solutions given in google but cannot implement it because all of its text kai in korean language and dili ko kasabot.
Ako gbuhat i installed a new xp sp3 kaso lang nahulog na duha na cya ka os ang installed, ug dli sya motingog! gi install nko driver sa sound dli japon motingog. naa ni prompt na cannot find oem version for windows xp sp2.
pero pg kung katong korean na language na os na xp ko mo boot ok ra kaso lang dli ko kasabot kai korean tanan pati wotd excel internet ug uban pa! pero kung mg type ko sa word english ra iya character.

please any idea on how to fix my problem?
i just want to have one os and if possible in english version!
