    mao ni ila process:

    1.ig abot nmo sa SITE e pass nmo imo resume for "initial" interview..
    2.computer exam dayon
    3.if pasar sa ka computer exam proceed dayon ka sa final interview(which is pinakadugay sa tanan)

    *after sa interview if tan-aw nila dli ok imong sinulti-an e refer ka nila sa "ASPIRE" which is ikaw mg bayad sa duration sa training..tapos wala pay sure if ma hire paka after training(i think its there way of saying,better luck next time)

    **after sa interview tan-aw nila ok ka motabag...then consider yourself almost IN na and goodluck

    it's my first time bhai and what the hell? they actually told me that my interview was @ 9:00am, nya huwa-huwat paku ngadto unya pag hapit na 12, they told us ( katong akong mga kuyog ) pwede mo balik 1pm? lol....

    get used to it nalang bai, di jud lalim pangita ug trabaho, just look at the lines when you go to job fairs. look at the line sa roninson kanang mag lukat ug NBI, lisud kayu i pangita ug trabaho ron labi na ug wala kay experience, and if wala kay pasensya, mag lisud jud ka. remember, when it comes to applying for a job, it's better to be early than late. if wala diha ang tawo ig tawag sa iya name, mo proceed jud na dayun sa sunod, and that person will go to the last sa queue or dili na jud ma interview. sakripisyo lang brad kay daghan kayu competensya and you only get a few chances. hell, interview pa gani to, wala pay exam an uban pa. and the worse i've seen is kanang applicant nga ni pasar tanan interview and exams and only to find out na hagbong ang typing. dang! luoy jud kaayu tan-awn. so prepare yourself, come early and remember nga kana imo sakripisyo para imo ra gihapon na. just my 2 cents, thanks

    hi, u have an excellent reasons on this value "patience is a virtue " in applying job. But i hope also the person who set a 9am interview will also be responsible to really cater the applicant on time. . . i also suggest that the hr will allot a definite time for each applicant not together in one time.

    example:
    I.first step (INTERVIEW)
    9:00-9:15= applicant A
    9:15-9:30= applicant B and so on...

    after the first step the 1st applicant will proceed to the next step and so on...

    wala jud koy ika reklamo sa ps aw naa d ay walay free coffee and you will have to pay if mag team building mo..pero salary wise..mao ni na CC ang ni hatag nako og 22-25k na swelo nga walay stress..di man sab kaayu ko performer ang akong ka team mo sweldo lang og 30k which is mas dako pa sa TL, QA etc..gamay raman jud sweldo ang aegis pero if performer ka dako jud kaayu ka ang sweldo because of client incentives...
