OFW LOAN
1. Copy of POEA Contract of Employment
2. OEC or E-receipt, Passport/VISA
3. Plane Tickets or Flight Details
4. Job offer/ Order (Case to Case)

i have my Contract of Employment (direct from my employer and not from POEA) from the beginning of my employment since 2003 and it is deemed renewed yearly. we do not sign new contracts every year.

is this a valid?
