    Default Physical Therapists for U.S.A


    Dear Physical Therapists
    The H1B cap visa has not been consumed. Our employer is offering H1B Cap for PT's with a Sponsorship Program on your Credentials which means that the employer will sponsor your credentials such as NPTE, VisaScreen, and FCCPT Type 1 to those qualified and approved candidates. Once the employer approves your qualifications, you are required to take Toefl-iBt on your own expense but will be reimbursed by the employer upon release of your visa.


    Qualifications:

    * Candidate must be a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

    * Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital or rehab setting

    * Must be willing to advance TOEFL - iBT cost (this will be reimbursed upon release of your visa).



    Hiring Process:

    * 1. Candidate must submit the following application documents:

    * Latest resume with picture
    * Passport Copy
    * College Diploma copy
    * TOR copy
    * PRC cert copy
    * PRC license copy, valid
    * Copy of FCCPT, NPTE , Language Exams (if available)

    2. PNI will arrange a pre-qualifying interview with the Employer

    + Initial Interview with the employer
    + Clinical Interview with PT Manager


    3. When approved by the employer, candidate takes the NPTE predictor exam administered by PNI
    4. PNI submits the result of the NPTE predictor exam to the employer.
    5. The employer will present Candidate's profile to prospective assignment hospital/rehab facilities in the US.
    6. When approved by the hospital/rehab facility then Candidate must sign the sponsorship service agreement.
    7. Upon signing of the agreements , submission of all required documents and passing the TOEFL-iBT then PNI/ will process and fund the following:

    + FCCPT Type 1 Certification
    + VS Application
    + Work Visa (H1B) Petition Filing

    * NPTE



    Other Information:

    * The employer offers reimbursement of exams and cert costs advanced by candidates..

    * The employer will assign PTs to hospital/rehab facilities in states that offer Special Permits PTs to work in the assigned hospital/rehab facility while taking the NPTE exam.
