Hi to all vicidial users.

I'm looking for someone who can fix the dialer issues with our VICI DIALER.

I have downloaded the latest ISO of vicidianow and installed it in my pc. I'm a newbie but i have background in asterisk and CENTOS. I can call out using my eyebeam if i dial it manually in the softphone. But when the time i logged in with the WEB dialer. there is no sound even the girl that usually speaks "youre the only person in this conference doesn't appear" When i try also to hungup and logout in the WEB dialer, my softphone doest hungup. Anyone can help, its been weeks already i haven't solve this problem yet. Dial plans are already configured. Willing to pay if resolved.
