This is not an official reply from the company, but as an IT professional, i dare say that you also have to understand that there are also hundreds applying for the role you are targeting. And Accenture is looking for the Best People, nga medyo lisod pangitaon karong panahuna.

Accenture is not an exemption. I also have my shares on your sentiments in other companies. Believe me, grabe nako pinaabot sa tawag. :P

I think dili lisod mangita ug mga Best people kron panahuna ky daghan na kaau mga kamao in terms of IT. ang nka lisod lang gyud ky dugay ang processing or ingon nila "palakasan". i hope this is not true with Accenture. Ok ra man sa ako kay anyway, i still have a job and side lines ginagmay. I am speaking also for those applicants nga dugay kaau nag huwat nga halos mahurot na ang tikod sa sapatos ug linakaw, mag dala2x anang mga brown envelopes nga mabasa na sa singot ug ulan....a typical applicant.. Unta they (HR) would consider speeding up their recruitment process especially katong mga pending applications...
