Responsibilities:
Technical troubleshooting and fault isolation techniques must be utilized to isolate and resolve system and customer issues. Coordination of service testing with all involved providers must be performed until the customer’s service is up and working. Handle incoming calls and tickets in a network operations center environment. Emphasis is on technical troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues and requests.
Requirements:
Graduate of a 4-5 year course
At least 1 year work experience in a technical or operations position in a telecommunications or BPO company
Good written and oral communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedule
