hi.. can someone help me get at least an interview on this company? i mean i had one... then ang HR ni tawag nako para daw sa medical, etc. pero nitawag ug balik ang HR na laing candidate lang daw ang ilang gipili due to salary expectations i think.. although ok raman ko unta... then now sige gihapon ko apply balik.. wala namay nitawag... hehehe.. pleaseee.. i super duper like to be part of this company!

I've talked with one of the HR who is assigned for R&D. She mentioned that for those who went to Lexmark's Open house last July 27. Expect 2-3 weeks or more for a call if you're short listed. The process is kinda long because there were a lot of applicants and if your skills don't qualify to a certain manager, it will be passed on to other managers. Also, they'll send out email that you didn't make it.
