Guys nid help kay na busted ang usa ka built in speaker sa ako laptop dli na mutingog ang usa ka channel pero mutingog kung mag headphone ko.. asa ang service center sa asus dri cebu?? warranty pa sd ni ako unit.. salamat daan..

Unsay purpose sa service center sa asus sa SM mga bro? ky d last time niadto coz naa prob ako laptop, giingnan mn ko nila na adto dad-on sa mandaue ky d dw cla mo open sa unit nko ky basin ma void ang warranty.

I don't think the Asus store at Cyberzone is a service center. It's just a showroom. Correct me if I am wrong, Ng Khai volunteered to Asus to have a showroom for Asus which is the store you can see in Cyberzone. Therefore, Asus has no certified engineers there to fix your laptop. It's just the store Ng Khai under the name of Asus

OP, your best bet is to return it on where you bought it if its still under warranty.

If Im not mistaken sa cebu walay asus service center kundi ila rang supplier nga banbros.

fyi everyone, wala'y service center ang asus diri sa Philippines. as far as i know, RMA requests kay forwarded to Taiwan jud na kay ang naa diri marketing and sales raman siguro.
