haller guys!Naa koy question.PLEASE feel free to share ur inputs... I heard that its not allowed anymore to let a judge marry a couple outside the courthouse...is this true or notanybody?
I also read somewhere na naay mga couples who wer able to marry outside...this makes everything sooo confusing.
