What is investing in real sense

As early as 17 years old, I started to seek different advices, reading books about financial literacy and many more. Since then I sacrificed my studies just to give way my financial curiosity, and thinking how to become financially free. And these are what I learned.

In the world of investing, people have different meaning and ideas about this. Some thinks investing is for wealthy person, some are saying it is stocks and some are saying it is just giving money to someone to let them manage your finances.

Gathering all the facts and fallacies, I jump in one conclusion, investing is different from different person. Why? Coz person has different goal and plans in life.

But in real sense of it, investing is a financial plan. You have to make plan before you go on. Knowledge is so important in investing. Without knowledge investing is risky. But with financial intelligence you will be guided as you go with your journey.

To finish my research, I’m inviting people out there to give information about their opinions and concepts about investing and financial matters. Coz I believe in times of financial crisis, the best asset is your intelligence.

investing is something to be taken seriously.. you have to know the back ground on the company that your going to invest your money into or try studying first if it's really worth investing.. dili dapat dali2x ang pag invest kay magmahay ra nya ka in the end.

good point. knowledge is good. but knowledge alone doesn't get you far in life.
Success is 90% action and 10% knowledge.

I've read Robert Kiyosaki's "Guide to Investing" and I disagree in most of his theories especially in being a "Sophisticated Investor"

I understand he's trying to make people believe that they can be rich no matter who or where they are now. --> I agree. But many people may misunderstand his approach.

I don't agree that one should be sophisticated to become a real investor.

He's also not very consistent because he said that investing should be simple & boring.

oic, yeah many would agree wid you on that one...many people found several inconsistencies in his views, including mga financial and investing gurus... basta akoa lng, whatever works, then that's it or improve on it...and whatever doesn't,well, just learn and innovate...
the road to success is not an absolute science anyway and it's constantly changing...and we all get to define "success" d ba? pero maau sad nang mangau ta ug direksyon sa mga tawo na daghan nag kaagi...hehehe mao na tambay2x ko dnhi sa Business and Economics na mga posts...
