Will cebu's skyline be filled with towering buildings? Now that there's already a global downturn and slower growth of the country, can cebu still be able to sustain and to even improve it's economy?

i think cebu can cope up the struggling economy because we have many business tycoons here compare to other places

among the top ten places here in the philippines that is nicer to live in is, CEBU is #1.
